I had a great sex talk with some women tonight.
- How sex is seen in America and the influence of pornography in shaping our views and expectations about sex.
- How often we see the physical aspect of sex and continue to overlook the emotional component of sex.
- How “progressive” America is with women’s rights, yet demeans women through pornography, media, music, or simply how we depict women’s friendships.
- How pornography can feed men’s desires and fantasies, which often leads to the sex trade or sex trafficking.
- Rape pornography and violence pornography
- Pornography use for “couple therapy” and false expectations
It was definitely interesting to hear from a woman’s perspective.
